What to Expect
Proceeds from the auction will be used for a variety of purposes to further the educational mission and ministry of Zion Lutheran Church & School, including technology needs (chromebooks, laptops, software purchases etc), and the financial aid fund for the school, as well as general facility and safety improvements at Zion.
❋FREE CHILD CARE! We want to let you know that we provide FREE childcare during the event here at Zion for those parents who want to attend (for ages 3-13) from 5:30pm-10:00pm. Pizza and drinks will be provided for the children for dinner. Simply sign up by adding the “Free Child Care” to your cart when you buy your tickets online.
❋Enter for a Chance to Win FREE TuitionEnter for a Chance to Win FREE Tuition Next Year! Purchase your tickets to enter into the drawing for FREE Tuition. The winner will receive free tuition for one child for the academic year 2026-27. The winner will be drawn at the live auction Friday May 1, 2026*. The winner does NOT have to be present at the time of the drawing or attend the auction to win. Online ticket purchases end at 10pm April 30, 2026. After that, tickets can be purchased in person at the School Office on May 1, 2026 and at the auction up until the time of the drawing. *Subject to minimum sale of at least 110 tickets sold before the drawing at the auction.
If minimum sales are not met, all entry fees will be refunded and no winner will be drawn.
❋ FREE BEVERAGESWine, Beer and Other Drinks. If you’ve ever attended the auction, you know that wine and beer are complimentary at the event, but we rely on donations to make this happen. If you would like to donate, you can drop off your donations to the School or Church Office. DONATE ON THE AUCTION WEBSITE (click the link below) or you can also donate cash online or in an envelope to the School/Church office marked "Auction Wine/Beer Fund" if you would like us to purchase the wine/beer.
